Not Fresh Products Being Shipped

It already hurt that a plastic handle cost over $60, but what I was sent made me even less happy. The first time I was sent only the back half of the handle/part, The second time I was sent both haves but mashed together topsy turvey. Arrows on the halves show "top" but were mismatched on joining causing a noticeable opening on both ends of the handle. Much effort and marring of the surface was involved in separating the haves. Tabs that would cause a tight fit to the completed handle were broken. After all this I had to remove portions of the Advantium 120 door and hope the reinstallation of the handle would tighten the handle structure. Ordering the G.E. WB15X10143 DOOR HANDLE is a crap shoot.
