Sent Obsolete parts first time.
I needed a drive belt for my Old Craftsman Tractor 917.2559101. ca. 1985 First time I ordered belts for, I discovered the original part (101342N) had been obsoleted. Each time I ordered after that, Sears subbed the new part ( 532110883) which works fine. On this recent order, Parts Direct sent the original part which doesn't fit at all. Seems to be the wrong "V" shape. The chat guy blamed me. So I paid for another order using the new part number. Just put it in and everything works. I still haven't received the promised return label for the bad belts.
