Drawer for freezer

The repairman gave me the model and part to order. He couldn't while he was at my house fixing the microwave. I called and ordered it. I have a Kenmore 3 door refrigerator and the part does not fit. It was labeled LG. I checked the Sears parts direct site and it shows the same part. So now the repairman has to come out and see what they can do to get the correct part. I have never had this many problems with a Kenmore product before. The drawer wheel broke of the drawer and this was after the compressor failed and the freezer door gasket had to be replaced.
