Reason Sears has falling
Everything about this purchase was bad. First one large burner element was ordered [w10823696] but a different one was sent. The element was fragile but no label was put on outside of the box saying its FRAGILE ...also no cushion was used to prevent breakage during delivery. Because of this neglect , a tiny crack was found on the part. Also No instruction or bill of sale included as well. On top of that we were charged for shipping to send it back. Worst online experience so far......

Simple enough for a woman to figure it out
Easy to install but one of the connector did not fit so we had to do some rewiring to get the right size connectors to all fit.
