Waited a week for part to come in. Once it arrived it had been damaged in shipping, board was broken into several pieces. Called Customer Support, all the rep said he could do was email me a shipping label to return broken board. I told him I needed a replacement, his response was I can't do that.

I replaced the control board on my Whirlpool dishwasher. It appeared to fix the problem, but the blinking light problem came back within an hour. I am now stuck with a broken part because according to the website the item cannot be returned for a refund

Part fit but might not last very long. Kind of expensive to fix a 15 year old dishwasher when you can get a whole dishwasher for the same price.

After unpacking the part appeared to have burn marks on the board from overheating I installed it which is easy as I have done before. It did not work. Returned it to Sears

Very easy to install and fixed the problem.

I just went slowly, removing about 4 screws to take the faceplate off. There were little plastic tangs to release to remove covers. Then I just unplugged the wires and plugged in the new circuit board.
