Easy to install!
Took less than 10 minutes to swap out. Great price and of course, great quality. Heard too many horror stories of people buying knock offs online and then melting their dishwasher.

Packing failure
My heater arrived in a damaged box and one tiny part was missing. Fortunately, my wonderful Sears repairman had the missing part on his truck, so it all worked out fine.

Came sooner than expected
Have to take dishwasher out and flip it over. Not that hard but I would not recommend even purchasing a whirlpool dishwasher.
