Arrived late
Easy to order, part arrived several days later than website indicated. When the part hadn't shipped the day before scheduled arrival, I called and cancelled my order. Rep said it was no problem, she wasn't sure why the order hadn't processed. Several days later I got a notice saying my order couldn't be cancelled, and later that day it shipped. I've tried calling to have shipping fee waived to send back and I can't get ahold of a person. So I'm stuck with a part that didn't get here on time to be helpful, I already paid $13 to get it shipped, and I have to pay another $8 or so to send back. Disappointed.
