Replacement item and cleaners

I needed to order a replacement burner for my stove, OK, i got it and it fit-- we homeowners just have to pay the price as we are helpless when we need things like this. However, The grate cleaner and oven spray were atrociously overpriced -- I paid over $100 dollars for these three small items --- what a shame --- no local Sears stores so we, who trusted and bought Kenmore products are helpless victims.

This burner cap does not work to ignite the burner

This part supplied by the manfacture does not function correctly. It does not light the burner when used. The 3 other burners have a different construction;There is a cap over the igniter and these ignite the burners with no problem. This unit does not hav a cap over the igniter and the burner doesn't ignite. I place a piece of foil over the igniter....the burner ignited with no problem.

How bad sears parts department is.

The service is atrocious. Can barely hear the person helping you and thick, accents. On hold repeatedly with scratchy, discordant music. I do not exaggerate. When I got the part it had no resemblance to the part I needed.
