Fixed The Issue
Although the new electronic control board fixed the issue, the packaging was horrible. There was absolutely no packaging whatsoever. Luckily the part was not damaged or broken. Literally just a control board tumbling and tossing around inside an empty box. Company QA procedures need some revamping.
