Don't waste ur time or money!
The photo copy that Sears provided was terrible and useless It doesn't show all options for rewiring the motor to the Elite dryer. I could never get it to work and ended up wasting two days on it, went an bought a new dryer I will be returning the motor soon as I can don't waste your time with these people!

Motor works well; instructions were a fail
The motor has been working great so far and was easy to install. The instructions provided however were worthless faded photo copies that did not match to boot. After scouring youtube found a video that had it right and then install was a snap.

Fits like a glove
Exact part for my kenmore 800 dryer. Easy to install, came 2 days early, easy plug and play. Saved me over $500 from buying a new dryer. Step by step replacement instruction available in youtube. I highly recomment buying from sears, they have a warranty and 365 days return policy in this one. The only extra i have to pay is the 6 pack of beer i bought after installing it. Only advice to diy'rs is get the model number of your unit..its easier to buy exact parts if you have the model number

Did it myself
My mistake was not taking enough pictures as I was taking the dryer apart. When the parts arrived, I had forgot where everything went. Several online videos were really helpful especially when trying to get the belt back on.
