Bent filter

The filter was sent in between 2 flimsy pieces of cardboard. When I opened it up the two edges where it was bent were cut all of the way through. I straightened it out and installed it but it does not fit snug. Considering I paid $9.99 for shipping all of this could have been avoided had they packed it in a different manner.

My filter is neat, nice and clean. I love my clean looking filter. The only complaint I may have is in regards the shipping packaging. My filter arrived in a plastic, bag and this caused the filter have a few dents and sort of bent when I removed from package. So, I recommend finding a different way on packing shipments of this type of shape and material.

Took less than one minute to replace filter. I couldn't find the replacement anywhere in the home repair stores, but should have know to call Sears directly much sooner.

Being bent didn't help but it is a poor fit to begin with as it sags in the middle. Is there an odor eliminator available?

Part was very flimsy but I guess it will do the job. A little hard to install in that it is so flimsy so doesn't fit in nice and neat. Was hoping it would be more like the original filter. I am not sure this one will with stand very many cleanings and have to be replaced often.
