Could not install, rail was to long.

Shelf rail was to long. If it had been the right length, it would have been easy to slide into place. Did not have the means to cut the rail to fit. This was the third item sent for replacement, each were incorrect item.

part did not fit, only after it arrived was a letter included with the part saying it had to be cut to fit. The web site and individual telephone salesperson never said part had to be cut to fit. Did not have proper tools to make a proper cut. Therefore I called to set up a return of the part
