Extremely disappointed
I thought I was purchasing the rack in the picture. But when it arrived, the rack I received has no tines at the rear to hold large plates. (The tines are in the picture!!!) This makes the rack useless for our purposes. Extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Will not purchase anything from this company unless they resolve the situation.

Installed a new rack to replace the rack that was corroded. Slide in and slide out.

rack does not fit.
None of your ads show the measurements of the racks. I had to guess which to order. So the one I got was approx. 1 to 1/2" too long for the body of the washer. I couldn't close the door. Needless to say, I am returning it, and not pleased that I have to pay return postage.

Item was too large
Ordered a dish rack for my dishwasher and I ordered the one for my wash machine but the one that came in was too large. I don't think I'm the only one this happened too, and the funny thing is the website said guaranteed fit...
