Inoperative Craftsman key pad.
The garage door entry pad could not be programmed with a pine number. I had to call a garage door company to install an entry key pad that worked.

Wrong part
I used the chat person on the site to help me order the part I needed. The part he ordered for me does not work on my garage door opener. If you go to the Sears site and look up this part it will tell you that there is no compatible item to replace it. Yet, another part was ordered and it does not work on my garage door opener.
