The ease of ordering was fine. The ability to confirm this part fits my model of refrigerator was fine. Delivery was faster than I expected. However, once I went to install the gasket, it turned out to be WAY too large for my model refrigerator door, even though it said it would fit, and therefore had to be returned for a refund for which I await. This is the reason for only a 4 star review.

Told part would fit my refrigerator but was wrong

Spoke to an agent on the phone to confirm the website information. Was told this was 2 gaskets, one for each of the two refrigerator doors. A single completely wrong gasket was sent in a poorly labeled that seemed like it was repackaged hastily. I have had excellent service from Sears Parts Direct in the past so this was a surprisingly poor incident.

Gasket arrived on time. Followed the instructions, in the box, for removing the kinks and wrinkles from the gasket. These were caused by folding the gasket in the box. I applied heat by laying the gasket in the sun. This worked quickly and with very little manipulation of the gasket. Removed old gasket and installed new gasket in 5 minutes.
