This part was even worse permanently folded, unable to seal. Totally useless!! Note that their customer & support phone numbers are unavailable. Returning their faulty gaskets.

Second Try Was a Charm
This is the second gasket we've ordered for this fridge. After a live chat on the website explaining in very clear terms which door I needed the gasket for, I was sent the gasket for the wrong door. I hadn't examined the product when it arrived and waited to install, only then did I realize it was for the wrong door. I ordered the correct gasket from the website, unassisted, and am pleased with the fit and the care in which it was shipped. Good to know I have a spare gasket if/when it fails on the other door.
