our replacement part arrived with a broken tab and so we had to return it. Have not yet received another one. However, it was the correct part, and was easy to install

Easy to install
No problem for adults with the removal of the only 2 screws. Helpful if a second person is available to hold in place until 1st screw is started, but necessary.
