Painful Experience
Ordering this part took the better part of four hours, first with someone who couldn't distinguish between freezer and refrigerator and then you sent the wrong part, tried to sell me a fridge coil brush and then told me I had to order an entire assembly, not just the part I needed. Grrrr. This is not yet installed as the freezer will have to be completely emptied.

Glad that I bought this from Sears PartsDirect.

I had a problem with the first part. I called Sears Direct. The CSR was extremely helpful. She immeditately put a new part(that was perfect at arrival)in the mail. I received it 2 days later. Great service.

Difficult to order. i wasn't sure if the part i needed to order so called and spoke with rep. i needed the right and left side of the drawer slide. My address was initially put in incorrectly. Then i was sent 2 of the same side slides so had to return one and order the other side
