Line spool and cover
When the spool cover broke, I thought I'd have to get a new trimmer since it's hard to find Sears parts. Typed in model number and took me to you. Easy to find parts and easy to order.

Part shipped is not a Kenmore Part
I called to order a Kenmore spool for my Kenmore string trimmer. The part is not a Kenmore part, but some company I have never heard of.

Disaster
Needed spools of line for my Craftsman weed wacker. Got on to CHAT and explained my model and need. He said I got it and I'll set your order. I agreed. Items sent don't fit. Looked into it and found they don't make them anymore and there are no replacements. Sears doesn't know what they are doing. I now have a device that can't work. There are no parts to make it work. And their parts helpers don't know the parts are not available. I now have a great Sears product that will never work again!
