Wall oven parts

Damaged and Damaged Ignitor
When my ignitor arrived it was damaged and some of the metal rings around the ignitor were broken into pieces. I then requested a replacement. That ignitor also arrived with some of the metal rings broken into pieces. In addition the middle stem was wobbling inside the metal cage. I then ordered a third ignitor, but returned it because I didn't want to without a functioning ignitor so close to Thanksgiving. I ordered my ignitor from another company and they got it right the first time.

I have a 20 year old wall oven and replaced this part three years ago. Seems from reading on internet likely to Burn out again. Not sure why but beware.

Just what I needed.
I have a 25 year old Kenmore gas range and needed an oven burner igniter. Would you believe they had the part! Awesome! The shipping was pretty quick. I received the part and in shipment it broke. I contacted Sears Parts Direct and they sent a new part immediately. They e-mailed a shipping tag to send back the broken part. Got the new part a few days later installed it and we are back in business! Sears Parts Direct are the best!
