Parts worked in fixing my uneven load problem. Easy to install, took about 10-15 minutes. - 1 rod was bent, I bent back straight and it ended up working. I'm sure they would have replaced if I needed to, and this stuff happens. - Standard shipping was over a week faster than expected. This is good, unless I paid extra for expedited shipping, then I wouldn't have known that standard shipping would have sufficed. Need to be more accurate in estimated delivery times so customers don't spend the extra money if they don't need to.

The package arrived sooner than the expected date. It took me about 30 minutes to install after watching Youtube videos online. Make sure to have Sil-Glyde Lubricant ready so you can apply to the areas where friction may occur. Otherwise, the plastic will end up breaking apart. Washing machine works just like new again.

Difficult if Samsung installed recall safety parts

This would have been much easier if Samsung had not installed the safety equipment that prevents you from easily opening the lid of the washer. Here are the steps that you need to do to repair this washer: 1. Remove the 2 screws from the back that hold the washer top on. 2. Remove the 5 or 6 screws that hold the plastic back onto the control panel. 3. Remove the 2 screws that hold the back of the control panel down. 4. Detatch the 3 connectors behind the control panel. 5. Lift the control panel forward (sort of hinged) 6. Remove the screw attaching the ground wire. 7. Pop out the circular device (about 3 inches in diameter) that is attached to the plastic hose. 8. Use a putty knife (or butter knife) to release the lid on the front of the washer. 9. Lift the washer top up and forward, following the path of the safety devices installed on the left and right sides of the washer. You can see them if you peer between the washer and the lid. 10. Follow online guides or videos to install the 4 suspension rods.
