VERY BAD SERVICE
I will be calling as soon as I can about this. I am quite upset. After spending an a lot of time on the chat line ( on Aug 17th), I was assured the right part (wire harness) was found for my issue. I paid for overnight shipping (part to be received on Aug 19), as that was the only day I could repair the stove for my wife for the next 2 weeks... I was informed by tracking that my order was finally picked up from the warehouse on the 19th, (the day it was supposed to be delivered). It was delivered on the 21st, then when I got home and opened the package there is not a wire to be found, just a small rectangle plastic piece. NOTHING to do with what I need & paid for. Now I guess we will see what Sears customer service is all about..
