Can't seem to get a return,

Wrong part, from the beginning of the order tried to return but run into many road blocks. They say that they will send me a return mail ticket, several times but nothing. It's been over a month. Sometimes they just hang up the phone. This has been the worst time Wrong wrong terrible service.

I'm sure my washing machine is 20+ years old. When the old drain hose got a kink in it and wouldn't drain, I was worried. But, the Sears parts person did the research and came up with this hose. Easy to install; works perfectly. Thanks.

This is the EXACT replacement for the washing machine drain hose for my 22 year old Kenmore washing machine. It's the perfect hose that I need and not a generic hose like those sold by big box home improvement stores. And best of all, it cost no more than the generic hoses that really didn't work.

Photo is not exact. This hose has a rubberized hook on the end to put in the output. But it was the right part so we are SUPER happy.
