the right part did the job

Make sure where to snap it in before you snap it in, it is hard to remove and move to another slot, but it can be done. I only stabbed myself with a screw driver 3 times trying to get it out of the wrong slot, and had to stop and clean up blood and put on a band-aide. It looks like it would go in the higher slot but it connects lower on the shelf than it looks.

design with an inherent weak spot - the vertical back rails. They are just too thin and/or wrong type of material to support the drawer and shelf plus whatever items are in/on them. It's also way over priced. Unfortunately, it's necessary to install the drawer/shelf unit.
