Absolutely no help
"I'm a parts expert. I'm sure these are the parts you need." Your expert was dead wrong. The part was not defective in my appliance and the appliance still doesn't work. He said he was sending the kit but only the thermal cutout was shipped. Now I have to haggle to get credit for the wrong part.

Super Easy To Install
Most folks think it's usually the "guys" who repair appliances... but my dad was a mechanic for 50 yrs. and taught us girls as well as our brother to "fix" things. I just discovered Sears Parts Direct & LOVE them. This is the 2nd dryer I've restored back to working condition for less than $200.
