Roller Video not as helpful
replacement went well, but I wish an extra plastic snap-ring were included just in case. I also wish the Sears video would have included instructions on the second roller, and not just easy to replace first roller. Some searches finally yielded a helpful utube on the second roller.

Replacing [drum] support [wheels]
I started by watching a video that showed how to disassemble the machine . It was very helpful. Replacing the part was easy and should be for a mechanically inclined person with basic tools, in my opinion.

No help for returning parts!!
Parts were easy to install, but I do have a problem. By mistake, I double ordered and now have a second order of parts to return. No where can I find instructions or an address to return unneeded parts.
