Sent me this part but not the cap you need to lock it in place. Had to call again to get the locking cap.This plastic piece, smaller than a shirt button cost 22.00 dollars.

Shipping is sloooooow... and doesn't make sense

We haven't yet installed the spray arm because the other essential part needed to install it just arrived yesterday, two weeks after we received the spray arm. The two parts should be packaged together... spray arm and retainer . But instead, even though they were ordered at the same time, they were shipped weeks apart. The charge for the spray arm was expensive for what it is... $27. But the retainer, the smallest piece of plastic, yet essential to installation was an exorbitant $22. These should have been bundled and the cost should not have been more than $30 for the whole thing.
