Sent wrong part 3 times
First time I received 20 either washing machine or dryer hoses and I sent those back. Customer service was very helpful. The second time I got another wrong part and had to send that back. I wanted the water filter you put in the front of the refrigerator. I called back and they sent me the same part as before, so I ended up sending 3 orders back. I will say at least customer service was very nice on the phone.

Moderate difficulty to insta;;
To install the housing, the main filter housing had to be partially disassembled. It took more brute force that expected. The front of the dispense housing has to be removed and it is not obvious how to manage that. Took a bit of force to pull it off.

Fixed slow and no flow
Easy to install. Utilized existing hoses. Thought the issue was a bad filter but after buying a couple decided to try this part before calling a tech.
