Not Happy!!!
I was sent the wrong part. The packing slip showed the throttle cable but the part in the package was not a throttle cable. I was told to reorder the cable and send back the wrong part for credit. What I do not understand is why I have to pay appropriately $6.00 more for the reordered part since the mistake was not mine.

Throttle Control Replacement
The replacement part was right. Removed the bolts that hold the fuel tank in place, moved it to the side. Was able to remove the bolts that keep the throttle cable in place with a 1/4 inch ratchet, long extension and a universal adapter on the socket. Total time to replace was 45 minutes.
