Annoying

Long back order. Then, when the part arrived, it wouldn't go into the drawer slot. I finally figured out that the guide wheels on the replacement drawer were almost twice the size of those on the original drawer. I had to unscrew the guide wheels from the old drawer and install them on the new drawer to make it work. So all's well that ends well, but the delay was annoying, and that fact that the part wasn't really the right part was annoying. That sums it up: annoying.

Order was over $200 to replace 2 drawers and one bin in our refrigerator. The plastic became brittle and everything is breaking although the fridge isn't very old. Bin arrived broken, drawer arrived without the wheels to keep it in the track. Customer service said wheels have to be ordered separately al though they are shown in the picture and nothing shows where they are a separate part. Not happy at all. Definitely will not use again. Easy of installing, difficult considering broken and missing parts. Time for installation - undertimed because I dont have what I need. Price is high, quality is low and customer service is a strong 'meh'
