Wrong part
The web site bot verified I had the right water filter for my kenmore fridge according to the model number, but it was not a filter at all. Very disappointed. Now I have to return it and wait forever on the phone to get the right part sent!!!

Zero Stars
Is there a Zero star rating? I did not order this. The parts do not fit any appliance I have. I explained this to the 5 Customer service representatives I spoke with yesterday. They promised to send a return label but I received this duplicate order instead. Now what do I do? I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with your representatives yesterday and accomplished nothing.

Not the right product for model # 795.74407.910
I was not given the right product and when I called to explain I was told no bipass item is created for my fridge and I was told I would have a shipping label and I have not seen it. Not sure if I want to call and wait again to try and explain myself again

Wanted a water filter-got a bypass insert
Would have been very easy to install if the right part was sent!!! I would recommend Sears because the part only comes from Sears. Appliance stores do not carry the filter-can only get it from Sears.
