Door latch strike WPW10544004 attaches at the top of the dishwasher tub and locks the door latch in place when the door is closed.

This was an easy change. Spring loaded latch.. just slips in to place. It's a costly part and should have been covered by warranty. Spent just under $50. The shipping was outrageous. Complete rip off on the shipping. Shopping cost more than the part itself.
