Shipment received 3 months after ordering
I ordered a part for a kitchen aid mixer on November 12; 2019. Several days later I was informed the part was backordered and no estimated shipping date was known. I checked Appliancepartspro.com. The part was in stock and I ordered it. Went back to sears parts and cancelled the backordered part order. Received the appliancepartspro order several days after I placed the order. The Sears part arrived on Jan 5 even tho I had cancelled that order - and my credit card had been charged. I tried to return the part thru the on-line site and learned the part was not returnable. I will dispute the charge
