Parts that were hard to get
We had an outdoor grill and we lost the drip tray underneath. You have to have this part to run the grill. We tried the manufacturer and they kept promising the part but it never came. We ordered it from Sears and we had it within a week. Thank goodness we went to Sears! It would have been an expensive purchase to buy a new grill and it was only a year old

Grease Tray -- Scratched, Dented, and Bent
Very disappointed that the tray was not only scratched and dented but I had to use a pliers to bend the tray corner back into shape before it would fit in the grill. The box it came in looked like it was run over by a truck.

Lousy Delivery Time!
The grease tray is what I ordered, BUT I did Not expect to take 5 weeks to get it. I almost canceled the order! .. Now I know why Sears went out of Business.
