Arrived late and didn't include electrical clips

I ordered with expectation the part would arrive 2 July and it arrived on 6 July which caused four extra days of unplugging and defrosting my freezer. When it arrived, the wire tips were bare and didn't include the connectors required to clip into the current design. Other than that, it was the right part and worked properly.
