Sears Parts Direct can not get orders correct. There were 4 mistakes on a 4 part order. I paid for expedited shipping and they sent one part. They did not communicate and even sent me someone else part that I did not order. I ended up getting the parts from another company faster and at the same price or better. When I spoke with management about what they were going to do to prevent this sort of problems in the future, the answer was that they could not and would not even tell me what they could do. I don't care about the money. I care about whether they were going to try to make it right in the future for me and others. Their answer was a resounding....we DO NOT CARE! I will no longer do business with them and will boycott anything having to do with Sears at this point.
