Wrong part
I received the part but it wasn't the thread that I needed. I gave the model name and number but the pedal I received doesn't fit. I'm at my wits end as to what to do next. I appreciate your service and realize that mistakes do happen.

Easy install
Pedal fell off (after a week of making a "funny" noise). We both use this cycle almost daily as part of our weight loss routine, so a repair was in order quickly. We were down about a week, but once the package arrived it did not take him long to install the new pedal.

Exercise Cycle Replacement Pedal
Getting the pedal was easy. The phone representative was helpful and polite. The part arrived before expected. I was unable to snug it up. I asked a neighbor, who is a mechanic, for help. He was able to tighten it a bit, but not as snug as the original pedal.

Complete Pedal Assembly and Easy to Install
The Pedal assembly was complete with all of the pedal parts included. Installation was simple. A 5/8' box end wrench and thin profile adjustable wrench was all it took. It took less than 5 minutes to install. I'm back on the bike pedaling and pulling like I want I want to climb a mountain.
