Easy to replace, however did notice there is a small washer that needs to be swapped from original piece and is not its own part number and not part of the new assembly.

Does not include the O-ring where the temp probe goes in you have to transfer it from the old when you're taking out to the new one. Does not include the white form cushion on the original which needs to be transferred over as well.
