Faucet Adapter Fixed the Leak
If you're portable dishwasher is leaking at the faucet, definitely try this option first. 5 minute job, you just swap it out with channel locks. Much easier and cheaper than replacing the hose assembly. And it was cheaper than the other repair sites

I now have 3 of these!!
Although this adapter worked just fine with my old faucet, it doesn't work as well with my new faucet. The faucet is a Brienza by Italia from Home Depot. The adapter needs to be a little longer to work with leaking a lot of water. Longer on both the threaded and the unthreaded ends. It's very frustrating.

not what I was expecting
The sales person said it came with an extender. but it didn't extend enough. We bought a new kitchen faucet,and the piece doesn't extend out far enough for me to hook up my portable dishwasher. I really feel that it didn't come with an extender.it looks very much like the old faucet adapter. I still can't use my dishwasher which I purchased from Sears.
