Good product. Poor packing.
Haven't used the blades yet, but they appear to be the correct ones. Whoever packed them to be shipped needs some help or training. These were just thrown in a box at least twice too large with no packing to keep them from cutting through the sides. I am amazed that they made it without breaking completely out.

I recommend talking to a real person.
I was on a on one of the electronic calls with Cassandra. I requested a mower blade and specified that my Craftsman mower did not have a six point star receiver, and advised that it had an open 'S' receiver. I was advised that the correct part had been found and paid for the order. When it arrived, it had a six point star receiver. I tried to initiate a return which was next to impossible, and never happened. An all around a miserable experience.

No issue with the blade. However specifically requsted the mulching blade and was sent the regular replacement part for the lawn tractor.
