Product shipping was awful

Not sure yet about the quality of the part. I can tell you about the shipping/handling. There was a nearly $15 charge to ship to me. When it arrived, the box looked like it came out of a dumpster. There was hardly a spot that was not all wrinkled up. 3 sides of the box were torn. When I opened it, the part was just setting in the box with no packing, or anything to protect the part. Honestly, it looked as though someone pulled the box out of the trash, threw the part in it, slapped a piece of tape on and sent it out. With the high cost of the part, I would have expected a more professional shipping experience. I doubt that I will buy from them again.

I had the repair done in less than twenty minutes. Removing the back panel to gain access to the pump was much more time consuming than switching out the pump.
