great and needed!

Not quite as easy as the YouTube video to extract old one and put this in but we did it and we have hot water in the washer again. Wish I could have gotten it from someone that would ship promptly. Sears did not ship for a week and only option was ground -- bummer to use laundromat for 2 weeks.
