Very expensive for what you get

There were 6 rubber feet and a tube of glue. I specifically ordered for my stove and wa short 4 rubber feet.

The grate pad pieces fit perfectly. Those I needed to replace had disintegrated, so the drill recommended to clean the holes was unnecessary: I scraped the holes to make sure there was no residue, put some adhesive into the hole, and pressed the new pads into place. One very good design feature is the tiny hole in the center of each pad, as it allows extra adhesive to squirt out when pressing the pad into place. Without the hole, the extra adhesive would be trapped, and wouldn't allow the pad to be easily pushed into the hole.

it takes very little time. My only negative comment is that it cost to much for the kit(only way to get the feet.). I'm stuck with all the adhesive . Should be able to get just the feet.

Way too long a process..

It Took two months and many phone calls to your customer support just to get the repair product here.. at first you sent me the wrong item and then you said it's not in stock. Also you never sent me anything for the first month. I called back and you didn't have an answer as to why it didn't ship. You made it so hard and difficult for me to get a little rubber piece that was defective. If I ordered it from Amazon I could have got it within days you made it so hard for this customer to enjoy a Sears product. It doesn't make it worth paying the extra $300 for a warranty.
