Webpage misleading

Charged me for a set of range cap burners and only sent me 1. Called the service rep, said he couldn't help. The individual part is much cheaper on other sites. The manual was nice for identifying the exact part number. The site was easy to use but needs to be updated, and until that happens, the company should honor their own website price.

sears service was the worst !

this is only a cap takes 2 seconds to put it on the burner , but what was a pain was sears services , the part was order in Feb 2020 and only after 35 emails and 55 phone calls to sears , 850 " oh I apologize.." from the sears team and 900 times of requesting talking to a supervisor and "non available at the time" and 1 supervisor finally working and available but a pain in the rear.. with her service because she was extremely rude finally received my cap ...only after they said call warranty because we don't fabricate the part any more when they miraculously send the cap.... awful service from sear parts that is all I have to said.
