Fit perfectly. Install tip...
This was an easy to install piece. But holding the glass panel, and holding this part, and screwing it in, was made much easier and faster by having two people, 1) the first held the glass panel and this part together all while 2) the second person aligned this part, and slid it down over the glass panel, and then screwing the assembly back together.
