Not a direct replacement as stated
The motor came when it should have. As I paid extra to get it on time I would expect nothing less. The replacement motor was not the same as the old motor. I was glad I read up on it before starting the repair.

Works as advertised
Easy replacement. My only issue is that the design is somewhat different than the original and it was left up to me to figure out which wires went where. The fan is working, so I guess I hooked it up right.
