Damaged in Transport, poor packaging

The part came quickly and was exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, the part was damaged in shipment. The micorwave port was distorted. I sent the unit back. The packaging had no protection for the exposed port. It could have been designed much better. In the process, I took the old one out and put it back. The installation process is straightforward with one very important safety consideration. The High Voltage Capacitor has to be handled properly. It can deliver a shock strong enough to injure or even kill. Make sure you understand how to handle it before attempting this repair.

The part took 2 days longer to arrive then it said. Not a big deal. When replacing it was easy and took 30 minutes start to finish (including taking microwave off the wall)
