Poor Packing Job

The product it fine, it's the shipping that is not good! I have ordered these door bins to replace two that were badly cracked after 17 years so not complaining about the product when I say this but both new door bins arrived cracked because there was no packing material with the first and a partial sheet of small bubble wrap with the next one I ordered. So both new door bins arrived cracked!

I had ordered two bucket shelves for the inside of the left and right ref doors and received the wrong ones. needed to return. When i called the SECOND time to notify them of mistake and reorder the proper ones, the lady in charge was COMPLETELY THOROUGH.... SHE MADE SURE i HAD the right numbers, colors and parts. This time I felt there was not going to be a mistake. This lady deserves and A+ YOU SHOULD HAVE HER TRAIN THE REST OF YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE SO THERE ARE NO FRUSTRATIONS FOR US.
