Easy to install perfect fit

All it took was a Phillips's screwdriver to remove the old hose and a pair of pliers to install the clamp for the new one

Needed to replace the OEM drain hose on my Whirlpool Washer because it had a small pinprick leak. Found the exact hose on Sears.com and received it in a couple days. Took 10 minutes to remove the temporary hose and replace it with the Sears replacement.

Ordering/installing washer drain hose.

The installation of the hose was not difficult, however, I did experience a problem when ordering the part. I have received the wrong hose twice and when viewing my purchase history, was told the part is not returnable, although I had used the model number when ordering the hose.

I did an online chat to make sure I got the exact hose because several part numbers on the website had the same picture. I ended up getting a hose that was similar. The end that comes out into the utility sink is too long. Hope the water drains out ok into the sink and doesn't go back up the hose. Doesn't even match the picture in the review request Sears PartsDirect sent me to fill out.
