Missing parts
The upper track does not have the plastic/rubber stopper at the back so it just slides right out when you pull the top rack out. So this just creates a new problem.

Parts work great but expensive
Sears was very helpful and courteous. The parts came on time and were easy to install. Only complaint is I had to buy pieces I didn't need because that's how they were packaged. So it cost me $50 for a small plastic piece worth about 50 cents once the additional pieces were tacked on. oh well, my dishwasher works again.
